This is not a rigid, one size fits all formula, but a true mentoring, coaching opportunity led by Melissa. She has spent 10 years coaching hundreds of ministry leaders and watching them go from struggling to flourishing.
Group coaching requires a 6-month commitment with bi-monthly 45-minute Zoom calls.

Executive Level Leadership Coaching
Executive leadership coaching is one on one coaching with Mel that is designed for high level leaders. Melissa has over 10 years of leading at a national and international level in a variety of different arenas. She understands the challenges that come with leading at a high level. Things like dealing with the loneliness of top level leadership, needing an honest and trustworthy critic, and desiring to continue to hone your craft.
Space is always limited for this type of coaching. This requires at least a 6 month commitment and 90 minute monthly phone calls.
